Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the WinSpirit platform at winspirit-au.app (“Website”). By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and KYC Procedure, all of which form an integral part of this agreement.

1. Eligibility

Access to our Website and its services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds
  • This is your first and only account on our Website
  • You have not self-excluded from any gambling website in the past 12 months
  • You are not located in a restricted territory as defined below
  • All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and verifiable

By registering, you confirm all of the above. The Website reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where these conditions are not met.

2. Restricted Territories

Our services are not available to residents or individuals physically located in the following jurisdictions: United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Malta, Latvia, Israel, Iran, Syria, North Korea, the Netherlands, and the Caribbean Netherlands islands (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, and Saba). Individuals physically present in Australia at the time of play are also excluded.

This list may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that they are permitted to use our services under the laws of their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Only one account per person, household, IP address, payment method, or device is allowed. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any bonuses or winnings, and block future registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and changing it regularly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We accept a range of payment methods including major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. The maximum deposit amount is 100,000 USD (or equivalent) per 24-hour period.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD or equivalent. The maximum withdrawal per week is 2,500 AUD, subject to a monthly cap of 40,000 AUD. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified in accordance with our KYC Procedure.

All deposits must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal associated with that deposit is available. Processing times are typically between 30 minutes and 72 hours, depending on the payment method and your account verification status.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are offered at our discretion and are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined at the time of the offer. Key conditions include:

  • Bonuses must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn
  • If a withdrawal request is submitted while an active bonus is pending, all related bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited
  • Individual bets during bonus wagering must not exceed 20% of the original bonus amount
  • Bonus wagering periods are typically 14 calendar days from the date of credit
  • Non-deposit bonus winnings are capped at 50 USD unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is detected

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, roulette, blackjack, and live dealer games may contribute 0%. Please refer to individual bonus terms for details.

6. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players may request account limitations, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion at any time through their account profile or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from one day to permanent closure. During an exclusion period, the player cannot place bets, access bonuses, or use any real-money gaming features.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts or using stolen payment methods
  • Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity

  • Exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain

Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, winnings forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including games, graphics, text, software, and interfaces, is the intellectual property of WinSpirit or its licensed game providers. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any Website content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

WinSpirit provides its platform on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. Our total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the period in which the relevant issue arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to resolution in accordance with Curaçao dispute resolution procedures. In the first instance, we encourage all players to contact our support team, as we will make every effort to resolve complaints directly and in good faith within 14 working days of receipt.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Website and take effect upon publication.
